Note added Sun 06/08/2023 by Thomas Young Category: Equipment/Fittings Although all class 777 units have traction batteries (for use around depots), an initial seven have been fitted with additional batteries to allow their use on the non-electrified Headbolt Lane extension to the Merseyrail network.
