Rail Data - Account Registration

This page allows you to register for a new account. Registration is only required if you want to post your own information or comments. All website content (apart from posts awaiting approval) is visible to all users without logging-in.

To register for an account, fill in the details below then click on 'Submit for preview'. Fields marked * are required.

E-mail address:	* ?A valid e-mail address is required. Upon registration, an activation code will be sent to the supplied e-mail address. Once activated, you will log-in to your account by entering your e-mail address and password. Your e-mail address will not be visible to other site users, and site admin will only send you e-mails if there are problems or queries with something you have posted.
Username:	* ?Required. This is the name that will appear on the website against anything you have posted. It would be preferred if you use your real name but any name will be accepted, so long as it is not already in use. Usernames should be between 1 and 50 characters in length and should contain only letters (upper and/or lower case), numbers and/or spaces. Any other characters will be automatically removed.
Password:	* ?Required. Passwords must be between 1 and 15 characters in length and can include letters (upper and/or lower case) and/or numbers only. No special characters or punctuation marks.
About you:	?Optional. You can (if you want) say a bit about who you are and what you are interested in. Up to 2000 characters. This information will be visible to all site users, so please do not add anything too personal or inappropriate. Please note that certain special characters (such as semi-colons) will be removed. You can preview your text at the next stage.
