Category: Classification/Coding
Design code FZ005A was allocated to the outer wagons of the 5-wagon, 4-wheeled Lowliner set, of which only one was built (in 1970). The initial plans had seen these wagons coded as FGA-C to design code FG001A, but this appears to have been quickly changed to FZA/FZ005A, with the FGxxx codes retained for standard Freightliner outer wagons.
