Note text:	Photo evidence shows that this wagon, albeit in a sorry state, is in internal use at the Pullman Rail part of Cardiff Canton TMD. This is in contradiction to information quoted from several sources, which states that it had been converted into a RHTT wagon in the 9310 series.
