| Details: This photograph shows a '52 reg Mercedes Atego towing a '52 reg Mercedes Atego! FH52EKO of R&S Recovery Services of High Wycombe was photographed leaving Acton Works on 26th November 2013 with artic tractor 2580M on tow. The backwards towing arrangement suggests the artic had drivetrain problems, since tractors are normally towed forwards when possible. I have just noticed that 2580M has had side protective bars fitted between the wheels on both sides. This seems to have taken place in 2012 and I will publish a clearer photo soon. | ||||

| richard | sometimes easier to rear lift tractor units , propshaft or half shaft dot have to be disconnected if veh has ecu or engine fails most will rear lift . | Fri 20/12/2013, 13:03 |
