During its life with London Transport there were also workshops there which repaired substation equipment - information I gleaned from staff retirement notices in the LT staff magazines in the 1960s.

DamonListed as Sub-station 1982. Building still there and in commercial use. This site originated as a horse tram depot with the London Street Tramways Company 28/9/1878. Passed to the L.C.C. 13/10/1897. Closed by 14/8/1908.
