Title:	Disposal of AEC Merlin buses commenced
Details:	The 665 AEC Merlin single-deckers bought by London Transport between 1966 and 1969 had not proved successful and large-scale disposals started in March 1976. Many went for scrap but the first sales included 22 that went to various operators in Australia.
