| Deja-vu all over again, as we have a brand new Ford Transit Custom van at Metroline's Hayes base (see also here). This time it was AV75LZO on 6th November 2025, and it had had Falcon lettering applied. Falcon Coachworks and Engineering is (along with Metroline) owned by the Comfort Delgro group, and they moved from a base in Iver to the former First London garage at Hayes some time ago. There they undertake a lot of work on Metroline buses, but they also deal with vehicles from other operators. As photos on LTSV show, Falcon vehicles turn up at most Metroline garages on a fairly regular basis. |
