A new style Vauxhall Astra was introduced in about 1986, with more curvaceous lines than its predecessor. This picture taken at Chiswick Works on 4th May 1987 shows an early example of the van version in the form of 3366B (C874FME). Behind are two old style Astra Estates with a Ford Escort van in between. The work force lettering is notable as is the lack of fleetnumber. 3366B was later transferred to Bexleyheath and repainted cream to support the Bexleybus operation.
