The logo of the RATP group (which features a stylised map of the River Seine arranged so that it resembles the outline of a face) is a familiar sight around London, appearing on vehicles belonging to London United, London Sovereign and The Original Tour. RATP also owns Epsom Buses as well as various other operators around Britain (such as Yellow Buses) and beyond. RATP has its origins in Paris, where it remains the main public transport provider, and actually remains in state ownership. This seems somewhat odd, especially if you imagine the situation being reversed, with an un-privatised London Transport buying operators in other countries! This Fiat Scudo van was photographed in Paris on 27th October 2009, displaying a somewhat random collection of high-visibility markings.
