As many of the pictures on this site show, bus station support vehicles are typically medium-sized vans such as Ford Transits or, as seen here, Vauxhall Movanos. These carry a variety of equipment to enable them to deal with incidents and bus route diversions. Inside the front of 5206V (Y358SLD), photographed at Bow in February 2004, can be seen a rack containing temporary bus stop poles, flags and bases, shovels and brooms, and a cabinet for notices and timetables. |
