2425M (C711VOY) was one of the first batch of Mercedes-Benz service vehicles bought by London Transport, and was also the first to be withdrawn. The reason for this is apparent in this view taken at Chiswick works on 13th August 1988. The Dodge van parked alongside was also photographed.
