This is another example of pushing the definitions of 'service vehicle' outwards! However, Ford Transit crew van LO56PCO certainly has roundels, one of the criteria considered. As can be seen, it is operated by the TfL Public Carriage Office, and has been seen taking part in roadside checks of taxis, etc. On 21st September 2008 it was caught as it headed down Buckingham Palace Road at Victoria. Note the 'personalised' registration, low-profile LED light-bars, pull-out side step and numerous bits of lettering.
