| Details: The first 21-reg service vehicle to be reported was this Ford Transit Custom minibus photographed inside Potters Bar Garage on 17th March 2021, just two days after it was first licensed. The garage already had similar AV16CNY and AV16CNZ in use, and the new minibus is expected to replace one of these. | ||||
