Details: Almost unique is Ford Transit box van 6685F. New in 2009 with Metronet logos, it gained London Underground markings (and a red stripe) by early 2010. The vehicle is based at Hearne House (nestled between Ealing Common Depot and the Acton Museum Depot) where it was photographed in April 2011. The body on this long-wheelbase chassis is noticeably longer than that on similar but medium-wheelbase 6391F. |
