Almex has a contract to maintain the roadside bus ticket machines, and initially fulfilled this role with a fleet of lettered silver Ford Focus estates like AV03XYW. Since then they have taken a number of unlettered Vauxhall Astra cars in a range of dealer stock colours. Clues as to the vehicles identity include removable roof beacons, signs in the windows, and the locations that they can be seen parked in. Showing all three features is blue Astra WR56RZK seen at Victoria Bus Station on 26th February 2008.
