The old and new order for bus stations is seen at Turnpike Lane on 28th July 2007. On the left is five-year old Ford Focus estate 5293F, based here since mid-2005. On the right is the type that looks set to replace these, a Honda Civic Hybrid saloon car. The livery on the latter is interesting, having the normal LBSL markings on a non-standard maroon base colour. It may be that Honda vehicles are not available from stock in a suitable red. Some of the new Hondas do not carry fleetnumbers, but this example was later seen carrying 6307H.
