Photographed at the CDS yard in Chiswick in 1964 was 1071Q (TXV898), an AEC Mercury 7-ton open lorry. Note the livery of green cab with unpainted aluminium body. The vehicle was later overhauled and repainted all-over grey with a green cab roof, as illustrated in SUP-15.
