The junction of Elizabeth Street and Buckingham Palace Road (by the main entrance to Victoria Coach Station) is a good place to see service vehicles from the TfL streets fleet, their main base being in nearby Eccleston Place. Colin sent a whole string of photos of Toyota Priuses crossing the junction on 8th October 2008, from which I have selected recently reported SM57JWZ.
