I was recently sent a link to an item on ebay which may be of interest. It was an R-prefix LDV Pilot van in a dark blueish-green colour. It had been very neatly marked up as service vehicle number 4811L, complete with cabside LONDON TRANSPORT, ENGINEERING (BUS) and skirt legal lettering. The person obviously knew their stuff as the number chosen is age-appropriate and not otherwise used. However, the description given by the seller seems to wrongly give the impression that this was an actual LT vehicle!
