Note text:	Design code TT082B was for the production batch of 'Tip-Air' tank wagons RLS12201-12259 built in 1976. It was soon realised that these were bulk powder wagons rather than tank wagons. The TOPS codes were changed from TTA-T to PEA-T and new design code PE001A issued.
