| Details: As well as the contracting-out of some functions, the late 1980s and early 1990s also saw London Transport offering its services to other customers. Examples of this included the short-lived 'work force' unit of the LRT Builders department and, as seen here, Testing of Vehicles and Training (TVT). Not much is known about this venture and the livery has only been recorded on a couple of Ford Fiesta vans, including 4190F (J765PKX) seen here. Acton Works, 2nd April 1993. | ||
