| Details: A photograph by Ray but the credit must also go to Derek. He caught a trio of red Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans being delivered to Acton Works on 21st January 2015, and he noticed that they were accompanied by a Mercedes East London minibus. A couple of days later Ray took himself to their premises in Rippleside and found twelve more vans present. Six were un-registered, while the remainder had curiously been first licensed almost three months earlier (31st October 2014). Note that the vans already have the light-bars (and grille lights) but have yet to gain any lettering. It seemed likely that these vans would become Incident Response Units for London Buses, but previous batches of these had come from Rygors of Bedfont, had been fully liveried before delivery, and were generally licensed just before delivery. | ||
