| Details: Four of the 30 Ford Cargo lorries operated by London Transport were box trucks, the first of which was 2404F (A404SJD). New in October 1983, it lasted long enough to be repainted into LUL livery, as seen in this February 1995 view at Trafalgar Square. Note that the fleetnumber has been squeezed into the traditional position on the front corner. On many Ford Cargos, the number was carried on the door or elsewhere. | ||
