| Details: Photographed outside Acton Works on 28th November 2011, LT61WHM was one of nine Peugeot Bipper vans loaded onto a Renault transporter lorry. Although it clearly has a tax disc, the DVLA reports that it was not licensed until the following day (29th). These are the first Bippers for the London Underground fleet, suggesting that the operation of 5 similar vans by TfL Streets since mid-2010 was successful. | ||
