| Details: The two Ashwoods hybrid Ford Transit vans delivered to LBSL in late 2010 have recently been moving around, perhaps to allow evaluation of their performance in comparison with the existing Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. 6985F started out at Kingston but is now to be found at Stratford, as seen on 8th June 2011 alongside resident 6616M. 6986F started at Sycamore House, then moved to Eltham and most recently to Finsbury Park. It is believed that another pair of hybrid Transits are expected, perhaps from another convertor. Two red Transits have been seen lurking around Acton Works in recent weeks, and it could be that these will eventually appear, perhaps taking vacant fleetnumbers 6987 and 6988. | ||
