| Details: This picture of Ford Transit van 4180F has been included as it shows that modifications to such vehicles have been carried out for several years. Photographed at Acton Works on 28th May 1992, the day after it was officially taken into stock, it was then a plain van in standard livery. As a later picture shows, it was soon modified with an extra side window and illuminated head-board. Adding windows to Ford Transits post-delivery seemed to become common in 2005/2006. | ||
