| Details: Another landmark, this being the 3000th photograph to be added to the site! Searching for something a bit special I came across this photograph taken by Glyn at Purfleet on 29th January 2010. It was very murky that day but the photo tweaked-up OK. The subject matter is Ensign's mighty Scania 143M 450 recovery truck UJF182, one of very few such vehicles to have three axles at the back (the only other one on this site is a Peterbilt.). The next batch of photos will feature more recovery trucks, including some more weird and/or provincial ones from Malcolm Conway's collection. | ||||
