| Details: Although a large number of service vehicles are based at Acton works, Ford Transit high-roof van 6508F is currently the only numbered vehicle allocated to support the REW (Railway Engineering Works). It replaced similar 5439F in autumn 2008 and can often be seen from trains, parked outside the works building opposite Frank Pick House. On 6th May 2009 it was caught leaving the main works entrance. | ||||
