Contradicting the previous note, it's been reported that the wagon has actually been cut up - unofficially, and without permission, by local unscrupulous scrap merchants....

One of the first HTAs removed from TOPS 310200 is actually still extant (but badly damaged) in the undergrowth at Nant-y-Cafn. The HTA was at the rear of a loaded train from Onllwyn on 22/08/2003 that was struck in the rear by runaway PFA container wagons causing a derailment.
