| Details: The next eight photographs cover the Abellio operations in south west London and Surrey, Ray having made visits to both Fulwell and Byfleet in the past month. The photographs concentrate on the former Travel London vehicles, with a lack of fleetnames being a common theme. Such vehicles are gradually being replaced by newer ones with Abellio names on a plain white livery. First up is Y392SBP, one of four Ford Courier Kombi vans acquired in 2008. This one was assigned fleetnumber 8946 by Travel London but carried SV3 on a paper in the windscreen. As the name suggests, the Kombi vans were a combination of passenger and goods vehicles. An additional pair of seats was fitted (although removed by Travel London) with a goods compartment behind. Side windows were provided for the extra seats but no doors. In plain silver, Y392SBP was photographed on Wintersells Road (near Byfleet Garage) on 21st August 2010. | ||
