Detail: Most of the documents here are lists of vehicles that had been sold by London Transport during a given period. Usually these only give the vehicle registration number and the name of the purchaser. Details such as the vehicle fleetnumber and the actual date of sale are not included, although many have had both of these added by hand. Vehicle sales were also covered on the Variation sheets (with more details and actual dates) so it is presumed that these summaries were produced for a particular administrative process.
